Consistency is Key

I always recommend to clients to pick 2, maybe 3 habits that they can easily implement on a daily basis to start out with when chasing a new goal. But you’d be surprised at how much kickback I get from that! “I have to go all or nothing” is a response I hear all the time, followed by some success story of a crash diet or insane workout program they tried for a bit.

Funny how that “all in” approach is so easy to fall out of though.

If you want to have a healthy lifestyle, you have to build healthy habits. And healthy habits take time. According to science, it takes at least 63 days to create a new thought pattern!

So be patient. Be consistent, and play the long game. Create a healthy lifestyle that you can actually enjoy! It’s worth it.
