Breathwork is a POWERFUL technique that clears the mind, calms the nervous system, and can create deep transformation. When I first tried breathwork to help with my anxiety, I had no idea just how much my life would change as a result. My thoughts stopped racing for the first time in years, and I experienced such an overwhelming sense of peace after my very first session.

Your breath is energy, and stuck energy can manifest in your body in very physical ways. By using the life force of the breath, you can clear out blocks and renew your body.

I’ll teach you how to breathe properly from your diaphragm, as well as simple breathing techniques you can easily do on your own. From there, I’ll guide you through a very active 3 part breath.
