“I saw a sign saying complimentary training session for the gym in my complex. An avowed no gym person, I went out of curiosity and met - Bethany. The session was very enjoyable. So I signed up for 5 more. TWO AND A HALF YEARS later I go twice a week for training with Bethany. It has made a huge difference to my life, I am more mobile, have greater stamina and am achieving goals that would have been impossible previously. I had a medical procedure recently which was so much easier to cope with because of the limb and core strength I have build under Bethany’s great guidance. But, and I wish to stress this, I enjoy the sessions because Bethany is fun and kind. These are not endurance tests, she makes the sessions a pleasure despite my occasional, exaggerated moan. I thoroughly recommend Bethany not only as a trainer but for her fantastic stretch sessions too. If you simply want to build your stamina and improve your overall fitness or you want to do more dedicated specific training, to climb a mountain say, Bethany is equipped for all needs. If a “gym skeptic” like me goes for one session and I’m still going back, trust me, Bethany is good!”
